The article analyzes the current state, goals, technologies, means and methods of propaganda and social advertising used by specialists of labor protection services in the work on the formation of a culture of safe work. Based on the experience gained in the process of implementing large investment construction projects, the authors reveal the features of the technology for managing the influence of the human factor based on the use of information tools and technologies. It has been shown that achieving a reduction in injury rates in construction organizations is most effective with the active involvement of workers (especially mass professions) in solving issues of labor protection, organization of jobs, safety in preparing facilities and performing work, as well as prompt notification in the process of performing work. As a technical basis, the authors propose to use public messengers that are allowed for use in the countries where the work is performed.

Abstract

Rail transport is the most affordable and reliable mode of transport in Russia. It surpasses air transport in terms of cargo and passenger transportation, but is inferior in speed. Cargo transportation carried out by rail transport is distinguished by its high reliability and speed, as well as low price. Rail transport can operate in the harshest climatic conditions. Information security is a very important condition for the safe transportation of goods and passengers. In order to ensure the most efficient and safe functioning of traffic systems, a train safety system was created. It includes various equipment, electronic devices, special mechanisms and devices. Modern information technologies help railway transport to occupy a leading position. New technologies could not bypass the area of railway transport responsible for traffic safety.
