Abstract

The paper considers the issue of the impact of friction wedges wear on the wear of the crest thickness of wheel sets of wagons operated on the railways of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The analysis of the uncoupling of freight cars for unscheduled repairs due to malfunctions of the thin ridge of the wheel pairs and an overstatement/understatement of the friction wedge relative to the support surface of the spring beam is more than normal. The methods of combinatorial and statistical analysis of the initial data were used. The parameters of the bogies of freight wagons that have the greatest impact on the wear of the wheel crest are determined. The ways of reducing the wear of the ridges of the wheels of freight cars in operation by tightening the standards for the release of bogies from repair in terms of quality and condition of friction wedges are given.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of discoloration of high-color surface natural waters, which is insufficiently studied. Waters that contain humic substances are difficult to clean. In this regard, the problem of purification of high-color waters is very relevant. An effective method of purification of high-color surface waters using clay minerals is proposed. The results of experimental studies of surface water purification from chromaticity using filtration through an aluminosilicate adsorbent activated by sapropels are presented. The high quality of purified water with an activated adsorbent makes it possible to use it to obtain water of household and drinking quality.

Abstract

A grease on the basis of rapeseed oil with the antioxidant additive diphenylamine (DPA) has been investigated. It is shown that the temperature of additive introduction influences the oxidative stability of the final product. It is noted, that the optimum temperature range for the addition of the additive is 85-95 oC during cooling. The parameters of colloidal stability, shear strength and drop point are the best, the content of free acids after 10 days did not change significantly (increased by 8%), the wear index remained at an acceptable level of 0.96-1.11. This lubricant is recommended for use in medium-loaded friction units.

Abstract

In the railway industry, the lack of spare parts can have negative consequences such as downtime and financial losses. The process of replacing a damaged spare part can take a long time, especially if it is not locally produced. The purpose of this study is to analyze potential materials that can be used to manufacture rail car components.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to study the results of fitness programs used in physical education classes and their impact on the health indicators of girls studying at the university. Health indicators such as cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and strength were considered. The study was conducted over 10 weeks. The results obtained showed a positive increase in endurance and functionality of the cardiovascular system and flexibility, and at the same time, there was no change in the indicators of muscle strength.

Abstract

The article discusses the occupation of environmental protection centers on the railway. Changes in the intensity of sources and factors influencing the natural environment are predicted, as well as the likely changes in the biosphere as a result of this. Monitoring allows planning measures not only against future unhealthy impacts, but also preventive measures.

Abstract

In large cities, the observed infantilization of young people occurs against the backdrop of global population aging and leads to an increase in the average age of motherhood and / or marriage. The danger of this trend is to increase the risk of various postpartum complications and other long-term pathologies. The authors focus on the possibility of optimizing the postpartum recovery of the physical and psychological parameters of women over 30 years with the help of specially organized fitness training.

Abstract

Uzbekistan does not produce primary aluminum. Therefore, reducing the weight of railway rolling stock is possible by using scrap metal production waste, for example, window, or parts made of aluminum alloys that have worked out their working life. The paper presents the results of a study on the possibility of using aluminum scrap for the manufacture of finished products.

The purpose of the study is to develop a method for determining the dimensional forces acting on the frame of a subway car bogie. Theoretical studies of the loading of the subway car bogie frame using the finite element method under the action of vertical, lateral and longitudinal forces on it have been carried out. As a result of the research, the installation locations of the strain gauges and the method for processing the received signals were chosen to determine the dimensional force effect on the frame of the subway car bogie during running dynamic tests of the cars.

Abstract

The article discusses the main indicators of the state of working conditions based on production control (PC). It is shown that the greatest value of labor protection violations, as a percentage, is observed in such areas of production control as "safety of equipment and machine tools" and "industrial safety". As a reduction in the level of indicators of production control, it is proposed to monitor compliance with sanitary rules by organizations and individual entrepreneurs, as well as their implementation of sanitary and epidemiological measures.

Abstract

The article considers the problem of safety of online learning in terms of leakage of personal information. The author claims that online learning, having proved its efficiency in the context of the coronaviral threat, in the modern context, on the contrary, is connected with considerable risks, such as probable leakage of personal information as well as probability of participation of malevolent third parties in the educational process. It is claimed that online learning makes the classroom environment virtual and undefined and therefore the interference of third parties into the educational process and private life of its participants is highly probable and uncontrolled which can eventually lead to personal threat to teachers and students involved.
