Increasing the efficiency of operation of transport enterprises on the basis of process production
Abstract
Currently, many transport organizations (in particular, the main participants in the international transportation market) are forced to change their internal structure and range of services, due to changes in the situation and demand in the transportation market.
The process approach is used to form horizontal links in the company in such a way that departments and their employees working on a single process can perform their tasks without the direct participation of managers. This technique is aimed at achieving an effective result in a short period of time. Independent coordination of activities allows you to focus on the activities of the entire organization, and not just on the results of the work of each department.
The process approach has well-defined principles and rules of application, making it one of the most efficient and accurate applications for both small and large organizations.
