Problems of modeling power pulsed dc voltage converters

Abstract

The issues of using direct current electric locomotives with a rheist-concrete control system, as well as the disadvantages of such a system, are considered. The setting of the problem is determined. The structural and principled schemes of the traction drive using the reverse diodes are described. Implemented the spice-model of a power semiconductor diode in the LTspice system. A comparison of the obtained volt-ampere characteristics of the presented model with real datasheet indicators of the selected diode was carried out.
