Vestibular Stability as a Factor of Quality of Life and Professional Longevity of Women of the Second Mature Age

Abstract

The article discusses the issues of vestibular stability as one of the components of the quality of life and the basis of professional longevity of women of the second mature age. The factors and manifestations of decreased coordination abilities are considered. The approaches to the construction of classes with women of the selected age group for the preservation of functional indicators are determined.
