Eating Habits: Dangerous Consequences for Work Capacity and Professional Longevity

Abstract
The dangerous consequences of unhealthy eating habits and eating disorders for the health, productivity, and longevity of the working population are systematized. The rationale for using diets, dietary supplements, and specialized food products to maintain work performance, improve quality of life, and extend life expectancy is discussed.
