Recommendations for Improving Working Conditions at ROSTSELMASH

Abstract
This article analyzes current working conditions at a large Russian manufacturing enterprise, Rostselmash JSC, identifying key risks to worker health and safety and proposing a practical set of measures aimed at reducing occupational injuries and diseases and increasing productivity. The recommendations are based on an analysis of open data on the enterprise's operations, current occupational safety regulations, and international safety management practices. An implementation plan and an assessment of the expected effects are presented.
