Фотополимерные материалы в 3D-печати деталей подвижного состава: модификация для повышения прочности и долговечности

Аннотация
Технология аддитивного производства на сегодняшний день позволяет реализовать различные компоненты механических систем, а также применяется в различных областях промышленности, в том числе и конструирование подвижного состава. Фотополимеризация за последние годы широко используется в промышленности, в тоже время свойства полимеров данного типа ограничивают их применение, а именно механическая прочность и трибологические свойства. В данной работе рассмотрены достоинства технологии фотополимеризации, а также возможные методы модификации фотоотверждаемой смолы для повышения механических и трибологических характеристик конечного материала.
