The journal will publish the results of the latest research in the field of improving transport technologies and technical means of railway transport, as well as occupational safety in the following scientific specialties and their corresponding branches of science:

2.10.3. Labor safety (technical sciences).

The scientific and technical journal was established by the Rostov State Transport University and has been published since November 2005, registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor), registration number PI No FS77 - 79264 dated October 16 2020

The journal has an international standard serial number (ISSN 1818-5509), assigned by the Book Chamber of the Russian Federation.

The editor-in-chief of the journal is Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Kolesnikov.

Published in a circulation of 510 copies, frequency: 4 issues per year, and distributed throughout the Russian Federation. All expenses for publishing the journal are paid by the university.

The journal is distributed free of charge to all industry universities, to a number of universities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, to central and zonal scientific and technical libraries, and research institutes of information.

The quality of scientific publications is ensured by a system of “blind” peer review with the involvement of scientists who have recognized authority in the subject area of ​​scientific knowledge corresponding to the content of the reviewed manuscript.
