Speech Communication and Professional Burnout in the Field of Ensuring Labor Safety

Abstract

This article examines the problems of professional burnout in the field of occupational safety through the lens of verbal communication. It systematizes the main factors that cause emotional stress in professional communication and analyzes their relationship with the risk of burnout. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of communication processes in the context of digitalization. Practical recommendations are offered for developing and improving professional communication skills, including elements of speech etiquette and strategies for reducing communication stress, aimed at preventing professional burnout and improving occupational safety.
