Ensuring Human Safety During Extreme Sports and Recreational Activities

This article presents a review of current research on minimizing health and safety risks associated with extreme sports. It also highlights educational approaches for effectively preventing injuries and reducing the number of accidents in specific extreme sports (including sports and recreational activities).
